Day 45

ohhhhhhhhhhh sooooooooooooooooooo tired. My eye balls are going to fall out of my head they are so sleepy! We celebrated Mole day today. But its actually tomorrow. What did you do today? Yes please tell me… Out loud please… Thank you!

Well I aced 3 tests today!!! (fist pump!) very much exciting. And guess what????? ITS FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!! AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS???? NO SCHOOL TOMORROW! Best news I have gotten all day.

I miss my daddy. I got to talk to him on the phone today and he is coming home in a couple days, but life has been stressful with just mom trying to get the work done (She is doing her bestest)

This evening was basically a waste of 3 hours of my life. I sat around, watched Zoe 101, and looked at before and after pictures from America’s Next Top Model. yup. Useless day. But I did rediscover my LOVE for MLIA!

Favorites for the Day- (interestingly all the funny ones had to do with tampons)
1. Today I found out that you get detention for sticking wet tampons on the window during class. MLIA.

2. Today, I broke the screen of my iPod. How? Let’s just say I was eating really crunchy chips and holding my phone in the other hand. And, I’m at the dentist right now. MLIA.

3. Today, I was at the store picking up some frozen waffles for my sick sister. After getting the box from the freezer, I turned around to find a rather large asian child standing right in front of me. We stared at eachother for a few seconds, he handed me a lollipop with a penguin sticker on it, and walked away. Best little kid ever. MLIA

4. Today, my eighteen year old brother came downstairs with one of my tampons duct taped around his leg. He said we were out of band-aids. MLIA

5. Today, I woke up to the sound of my mom sniffling. I was wondering if she was okay and she replied, “Well, I was until I came upstairs to wake you up”. I asked why, and she said, “Well I gently shook you and you freaked out and shouted ‘cease and desist’ while you punched me in the face.” I don’t recall the dream I was having, nor did I know what cease and desist meant. I just looked it up. MLIA

Random fact of the day- (something I learned from MLIA) Today, I was informed of something of epic proportions… Apparently Milky Way and 3 Musketeers are both from the same candy company, and were being developed around the same time. However, when they went to actually wrap and ship out them, they got the wrappers confused. The 3 Musketeers has a milky chocolate middle (the MILKY Way), and the Milky way has 3 ingrediants (3 Musketeers). Everything I have known has been a lie… MIND. BLOWN. MLIA

Day 34

Welcome tooooo… WACKY WEDNESDAY! Don’t ya love it? I know I do, but hey wacky is in my DNA.

Well today has been… OK. I cleaned my room? More discussion of GUYS, life, and stuff. Studying, homework and nursery. I have 2 big tests tomorrow. Yep, I’m a little scared. I’m pretty confident about all of the mole stuff for Chem. But I don’t know much about the scientists who discovered it.

Today in the nursery there was a little boy who kept almost crying and asking if his Mommy was going to come back. His mom just got divorced and I think he is really taking it hard. But when she came back he began to cry and said “Mommy! You came back!” and she said “Of course I came back, I love you!” And it just made me cry. It made me think of my relationship with God. So often I’m suprised when God comes back to  be. I don’t ever deserve for him to come back for me. But he does because he loves me. It was really beautiful and sad at the same time…

I heard the song “Safe” by Britt Nicole today. It talks about how worldly love isn’t safe and how God breaks down those walls. Very cool! Listen to it.

I have a lot on my mind right now. But I am realizing 2 things. First- My parents know what they are talking about and they love me. Second- When you make an important decision you should really stick to the first decision. It makes your life less complicated.

word dawg how goes it? jk jk. I’m aware. I am extremely not gangster! Life is good. 🙂 How are you on this wonderful day? Wanna here something. ITS GIGGLY TUESDAY! so true, today in math class, Anna, Meesh, and I were all laughing sooooo hard that… well it was crazy. I honestly could not stop laughing. Love days like that. Penelope came over and helped me do my Chem and World Cultures homework. I have Algebra 2/Trig  to do but I think I will do it during lunch tomorow. I’m a bad kid I know. Oh well.

We sang for old people today. Pretty fun! Nothing super interesting happened. But Penelope and I got to walk and talk about GUYS, life, and stuff. It was pretty sweet. And its great to talk with someone about some of that important stuff. Especially when that person is P.

Today on my bus these 6th graders talked about learning CPR. One said “I know Mouth to Mouth Precipitation!” ummmmmmm take science. nononono ;P

Day 22

Ever have one of those days where you keep telling yourself your going to do something… and then you don’t? Well today is one of those days. I have some back pack organizing to do, some drivers ed stuff to read, and some laundry to put away. wow… I’m just out of it.

Well I appologize for my failure to blog the past couple days. Life has started to catch up with me and I just have a hard time keeping up with life sometimes. yea, it happens.

Today my AMAZING english teacher Miss Schoppy wore the coolest dress! It had kittens on it. Don’t judge until you see it. It was amazing! She has the best sense of style. So I have officially decided that Uggs are way ugly and soooo last season. Almost as horrid as  Crocs (which is sad because they are comfortabe) ( http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2008/05/06/battle-of-the-brands-the-ugly-shoe-fight-crocs-vs-uggs/) Fashion announcement people. Research is done. Patterned flats are way in this season though. Which is great because not only are they way comfortable but they are also so cute! And do you know what “trend” needs to end? Leggings with shirts. Soooo ugly. No matter how cute you think your butt is those leggings are not doing you a favor, that’s for sure!

Now that I am done telling you what you should already know I’m trying to think of what else to say. I should probably keep moving…

OH! Good news about Chem. I havn’t died yet! In fact its a piece of cake (See that was punny because we had cake in class today…)

Day 21

yes I know that it is day 22 at the moment but I was so tired yesterday that I couldn’t write it. So I will tell you what I did yesterday. I went to school… Vomitous fail! And started Honors Chemistry… YAY! Talked to Meesh on the phone for like 3 hours… FUN! Went to Meesh’s house… Super fun! And watched Karate Kid (The old one) very funny. Not much else to say… I know I’m a bad blogger… thats ok!

Gosh i’m tired….. UH! I am currently sitting next to my father watching the Antiques Road Show. Very cool… I’m starting to realize that my blog has nothing to do with anything. Its ok though. I enjoy it and I really don’t care whether anyone is reading it. This lady just brought in these beautiful necklace and it was worth over $600 dollars. Very cool! What did you do today? Nothing? Same….

Well I start Honors Chemistry tomorrow. Please pray for my soul… But I have it with Anna and Vivian!!!! And don’t forget Marie! YAY!

Day 19

“If you were happy every day of your life you wouldn’t be a human being. You’d be a game-show host.” how true is that? I mean honestly? Who here has been happy all their lives? uh huh?? You in the back? GET HELP! Because today was one of those days started out really good and then I got really angry over something stupid. Gotta hate it don’t you? Well I do anyway…

You know what I really hate? Hypocrites, fakers. People who wear and say one thing and act like another. It drives me crazy that some people who say they are Christians act the way they do. Does that mean I am always perfect. NO! Sure I don’t always have the most Christ like reactions to things. But people who consistently do that bug me to no end.

I think I am switching into Honors Chem in 2 days. Pray for my soul. I think I can do it but I sure hope I won’t die… Oh well I need some challenge in my life…

Day 12

Evenin folks! How goes the world?? Lets see… my world is… AWESOME!!! Today the sun was shining and the weather was warm, and the perfect song was on the radio so I took the dog for a walk. Gosh I was feeling sooooo incredibly good! I felt like I was on this amazing high, the kind that isn’t illegal, and the kind that never ends. The kind that comes from realizing I am part of God’s superfantabulous creation and there is purpose in my life because of that. I was listening to a song on the radio called Forever and a Day and there were a few lines that really stuck out to me:

I was ashamed,
You called me beautiful.

You said I stole Your heart.

Did you catch that??? I was ashamed (in our sin) YOU called me beautiful. The creator of the whole freaking universe calls me beautiful. More than that He calls you beautiful. Yea I’m talkin to you! Mister football in the back, you too! God thinks your beautiful! (Yea it doesn’t sound manly but it is) and get this. I was a theif, YOU said I stole YOUR heart! Not only does the God of the whole flippin universe think, sorry bad choice of words, the God of the whole flippin universe KNOWS your beautiful, He is also captivated by that beauty! How cool is that?? In the world there is always something wrong with any one person. Whether that person is Regina George or Joe who lives next door. But God doesn’t believe any of that. He knows the truth. And boy are we lucky.

Today I came to a monumental conclusion. Guys, Life, Stuff. Do you know what is common here? Don’t judge me for a pastors kid but… GOD! God is generally percieved as a man, and more than that he created Guys. God is Life. And God is somewhere in stuff and he also created stuff. So whats up with life you may ask? On the outside: Guys, Life, Stuff. But below the surface God is at work.

Day 11

Well I just got back from camping. It was 4 days of pure awesomeness! I absolutely LOVE my “other” family, Barbara, Bob, Ben, and Penelope! And of course my amazing little brother Jonathan. We went and saw the stars at Penns View 2 times and it was just soooo amazing! God’s creation is absolutely fabulous. Don’t you agree? So this past weekend what did we do… Well the better question is what didn’t we do?? We filmed a movie, we went on long bike rides, we laughed… A LOT, we told stories (Did I ever tell you about the time we broke into the computer lab? And got extra time on the computer????), ate, killed people, and in general just had fun. One thing we didn’t do? Take showers. I took 1 shower in 4 days and was feeling pretty gross. But it was all good.

Tomorrow we go to Country Meadows to sing for the people there. Fun!! (Seriously!) I have some Chem homework to do and then I am all ready for school tomorrow. (not like I want to be though…)
